Want to join CGM?
Membership in CGM is open to any person eighteen (18) or older who identifies himself as a gay male, and who shares CGM's goals (below).
What you can expect of us:
Subscription to the quarterly newsletter, Capital Pride.- Access to the CGM members-only section of the website.
- Continuously updated contact list of other CGM members.
- Inclusion on our FunList.
- Voting priviledges on election nights.
- Opportunity to serve on our board of directors.
CGM's goals:
- CGM believes that all men in the gay community need and are entitled to a nurturing environment to grow, learn, develop, and achieve.
- We maintain a social network and endeavor to provide financial support for gay and gay friendly causes.
- We provide community education related to gay issues to promote diversity.
- We provide peer support and understanding, and socialize in a non-judgmental manner.
If you're ready to become a member, please come to a meeting. There, you'll be given instructions on how you can join us. Membership is free, and comes up for renewal each October 1.
